CLIPPER BLADE SHARPENING
All clipper blades are sharpened by the same process u the factory. Small animal and barber blades need be hollow ground and we accomplish this by sharpening on equipment using hollow ground sharpening plates. All clipper blades are disassembled, cleaned and inspected for any defects. The comb thickness is measured before sharpening to get our starting measurement. The cutter and comb are sharpened simultaneously and when done we measure metal thickness again to measure the amount of metal removed. We in use compressed air to remove all sharpening debris and then rinse blades in cleaner/sanitizer and blow dry. We use a cast iron block to ensure there is a consistent contact of the tips of the clipper blades. Clipper blades are lubricated, cutter setback and spring tension are adjusted, blades are reassembled, tescted and returned. All work done is warrantied and carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
